1. During work, it shall be noted that if the chemical protective clothing is continuously polluted by chemical substances, it must be replaced within the specified protection time. If the chemical protective clothing is damaged, it should be replaced immediately. For airtight protective clothing or non airtight protective clothing with good sealing performance, it is recommended to follow the principle of two people walking together because they are working in a relatively isolated space.

2. Pay attention to the effective service time of the air respirator, and replace the air cylinder before it is used up. In addition, when calculating the effective working time, the time for walking and changing equipment shall be considered.

3. Before taking off the protective gloves, try to avoid contacting the outer surface of the protective clothing. After taking off the gloves, try to contact the inner surface of the protective clothing. After taking off the protective clothing, the inner surface should face outward, and the outer surface and pollutants should be wrapped inside to prevent pollutants from contacting the human body and the environment. The removed protective articles shall be disposed in a centralized manner to avoid further pollution in this process.

4. For complex and bulky protective clothing such as gas tight or liquid tight protective clothing, it is recommended that another person assist the wearer in putting on and taking off the protective clothing, such as helping the wearer with some difficult work such as adjusting the hands and feet of the protective clothing and pulling the chain. Finally, check the condition of the protective clothing after being put on. When taking off the protective clothing, the assistant should also take proper protection to avoid contamination due to possible contact with pollutants.
